21st ALEXANDRIA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

The Egyptian Association of Film Writers and Critics was formed in 1973, by the famous critic Kamal Al-Malakh as president, and a group of well known film writers and critics. The Association organizes Alexandria International Film Festival every year starting 1979. The official competition is for long feature films from mediterranean countries. Other sections are open to all countries of the world.
